We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery within the UAE. Online payments must be successfully completed before an order is processed. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is due in full to the courier when the order is delivered.

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been dispatched.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be processed through the relevant payment method.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, customs procedures, public holidays or other unforeseen events.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

If incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer results in a failed delivery or additional delivery costs, the customer may be responsible for those applicable costs.
