Shipping policy

At VIAHMOR, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely.

1. Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Arab Emirates.

2. Delivery cost

Delivery is free on every order within the UAE. Our standard delivery charge is AED 15, and we cover it for you. There is no minimum order amount. At checkout you will see the AED 15 delivery charge crossed out and replaced with FREE.

3. Delivery time

Orders to Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman are usually delivered within 1-2 business days. Orders to Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain are usually delivered within 2-3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, courier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will check for you.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available, with no extra delivery charge. Please have the exact amount ready when your order arrives.

6. Delivery details

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. If a delivery fails because of incorrect or incomplete details, we may need to arrange a new delivery, and additional costs may apply.

7. Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, or something is missing, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can help. See our refund policy for details.

8. Changes to free delivery

We may change our delivery offer in the future. Any change will be shown on our website and at checkout before you place your order, and it will not affect orders already placed.
