How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also send us your order number on WhatsApp and we will check for you.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery is free on every UAE order. We cover the usual AED 15 delivery charge. Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman: usually within 1–2 business days. Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain: usually within 2–3 business days.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Some beauty items cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons. Read the full refund policy.
